1. Delivery Areas

WORLD WEAVER delivers:

  • throughout Tunisia,
  • and internationally to countries displayed at checkout.

Deliveries cannot be made to:

  • P.O. Boxes,
  • incomplete or unclear addresses,
  • transit warehouses or third-party logistics centers.

Delivery to hotels/residences is possible with signature.

  1. Delivery Methods

Depending on the destination, WORLD WEAVER offers:

  • Standard domestic delivery,
  • Express domestic delivery (if available),
  • International delivery (DHL, Aramex, FedEx, etc.),
  • Hand-to-hand delivery (selected areas and upon request).
  1. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges:

  • are calculated automatically at checkout,
  • vary based on destination, transport method, and parcel weight,
  • are displayed before payment.

Customs duties

For deliveries outside Tunisia:
customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT remain the Customer’s responsibility.

WORLD WEAVER is not liable for these additional charges.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Within Tunisia:

  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 24–48 hours (depending on service availability)

International:

Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and is provided as an estimate.

WORLD WEAVER ships orders within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delays

If delays arise due to customs, transport issues, weather, or force majeure, the Customer will be notified.
WORLD WEAVER is not responsible for external delays.

  1. Tracking

Once shipped:

  • a confirmation email/SMS is sent,
  • including a tracking number.
  1. Delivery and Receipt

Delivery is considered completed once the parcel is handed over to the address provided.
A signature may be required.

If the parcel is returned to WORLD WEAVER and the Customer does not respond within 14 days, a refund (excluding delivery fees) may be issued.

  1. Inspection at Delivery

The Customer must inspect the parcel upon arrival.
In case of issues:

  1. take photos,
  2. notify the carrier,
  3. contact WORLD WEAVER within 48 hours.
  1. Incorrect Address

WORLD WEAVER is not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Reshipment fees will apply.

  1. Gift Orders

Gift delivery is available.
Prices are not displayed, and a personal card may be added.

  1. International Deliveries

The Customer is responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • and administrative fees.

WORLD WEAVER cannot control or predict these charges.
